Terms of Service
By accessing or using Argate (argate.ai), our APIs, unified agent gateway, developer SDKs, or cloud dashboard (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Services are operated by THE24S TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Argate (argate.ai), our APIs, unified agent gateway, developer SDKs, or cloud dashboard (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using our Services.
2. Description of Service
Argate provides an enterprise AI agent gateway, LLM security firewall, prompt injection defense, audit logging, semantic caching, and model routing platform. We provide both free tier and paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Enterprise).
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and session tokens. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
4. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing
Our online self-serve digital subscriptions (Plus and Pro plans) and payments are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") or its local affiliates. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for these online subscriptions. Enterprise plan agreements and payments are handled directly via corporate invoicing and bank transfer, and are not processed through Paddle.
5. Subscription Fees, Billing, and Renewals
Recurring Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days prior written notice.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Argate to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Transmit illegal content, malware, spyware, or malicious prompt injection payloads designed to compromise upstream LLMs.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the platform's security mechanisms.
- Exceed rate limits or abuse gateway endpoints to disrupt service availability.
7. Intellectual Property & Customer Data
Our Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software code, UI designs, and documentation are the exclusive property of THE24S TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.
Customer Data & Zero Model Training
You retain full ownership of all prompts, model requests, completions, and proprietary data routed through Argate. We do not use your proprietary customer data to train public AI models.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE24S TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ and Paddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul/Kocaeli.
